Create a Living Holiday Wreath – Instructed by Selby Gardens’ Horticulture Department

Let’s get festive with air plants! Deck the halls and get into the holiday spirit while crafting a living epiphyte wreath of your own. This course will satisfy both plant and art lovers by designing and mounting the epiphytes and learning the science of air plants, wrapped in a fun activity. Create a masterpiece for your holiday decor or a treasured gift for a friend or family member. All materials are included. Open to all ages/skill levels.  

All materials for this horticulture class are covered in the tuition. You will be working with live plants, wire, and gardening tools; feel free to bring a favorite pair of gardening gloves, hand pruners, and/or safety glasses. Please meet outside the Payne Mansion's iron gate around 10:20 to be checked-in for your 10:30 start time. The best address to use as reference is 800 S Palm Ave., Sarasota, FL 34236. The parking lot is located across the street from the provided address.
