Sunset Yoga in the Gardens

It doesn’t get any more tranquil than practicing yoga overlooking Sarasota Bay during golden hour! 

Treat yourself to a peaceful mind/body experience at the beautiful Selby Garden Downtown Sarasota campus at sunset. This class will focus on alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Open to all ages/skill levels. Recommended supplies: water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothes, towel, or yoga mat.  

Please arrive at the Payne Mansion iron gate between at 5:05 for a 5:15 start time. The best address to use is 800 S. Palm Ave., Sarasota, FL 34236. Parking is located across the street from the gate. For ease of transaction, day-of, drop-in payments should be made with cash or checks.
